We're delivering this automatic upgrade on April 15, 2024, with these highlights:

• Work Orders: The Create Work Order option added to Controller Details allows for quick initiation of work orders directly from the site layout, streamlining maintenance processes.

• Energy Performance Monitoring: Instant Energy Star Ratings update feature with the new Refresh Energy Star Ratings button, offering real-time insights into energy efficiency.

Create Work Order option added to Controller Details

You can now initiate a work order directly from the controller detail view in the site layout screen, with the addition of a Create Work Order option in the dropdown menu that opens the Create Work Order screen for streamlined operations.

Custom Floor sort order implemented

Introduced the ability to define the sort order of floors, allowing you to organize them from lowest to highest, with the lowest number at the bottom. This new sorting feature is available in the Site Layout Plotting and Site Layout Action screens within both Workspace and Mobile, as well as in My Portal plotting.

Desktop-Exclusive navigation arrows added

You can now use left and right arrows to navigate through the swipe screen on the desktop version of the store portal, providing a more intuitive experience. These navigation arrows are specifically tailored for desktop use and will not be visible on mobile.

Instant Energy Star Ratings update

Click Refresh Energy Star Ratings on the Energy Star tab to instantly view updated Energy Star ratings.

Improved access to Manage Events page

You can now navigate to the Manage Events page directly as a sibling to the top-level calendar listing in Admin → Calendars. This streamlines the process of configuring events across all calendars.

Severity Change Indicator added to FC Rules Table

A new column, Sev Change Enabled, has been added to the FC Rules table to indicate whether a rule utilizes the severity change criteria system. By default, this column is hidden but can be revealed to show a simple Y (Yes) or N (No), reflecting the presence of active severity change conditions. This column supports filtering, sorting, and is included in exports for comprehensive rule management.

Consistency enforced for Custom Dashboard Tiles

Custom tiles on the AOEM dashboard are now uniformly read-only to ensure a consistent intuitive experience across the Budget, Bill Validation, and Consumption dashboards.
